Reuse, Reduce and be Sustainable!

For the fifth consecutive year, and through a glamorous award ceremony held at the Goulandris Foundation, the Greek Hotel of the Year Awards highlighted some of the most special hotels in Greece.

Every closure is a new beginning and as we approach the end of the year, we feel that now is the time to recap season 2022 and share with you our excitement about our plans and news to come in 2023 in Knossos Royal and Knossos Villas, our resorts in Crete.

The term Sustainable Gastronomy was first introduced to the global community by the official mouth of the United Nations in 2016.

On this day, Volunteer Blood Donor Day, Aldemar Resorts Group honors the supreme contribution of blood donors to give life to those in need by giving a little of their time and a small amount of blood.

The Aldemar Resorts Group family is working daily through actions and policies to reduce waste, carbon emissions and to transition to alternatives to meet the needs of our facilities to provide our services in order to develop a sustainable Blue Economy.

The aim of the initiative was to protect the environment, promote the Sustainable Development Goals, and raise awareness of the sea, its ecosystem and its coastline.

Today, on World Bicycle Day, Aldemar Resorts Group highlights the importance of non-motorized transport, setting as its foundation and primary objective the achievement of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals and the fight against the climate crisis.
